1. ACCURACY AND HANDCRAFTED NATURE OF WOOD

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, please note that wood is a natural, living material. Every wooden item exhibits unique grain patterns, texture variations, natural knots, and subtle color tone differences. These natural characteristics are inherent to authentic handcrafted wooden craftsmanship and shall not be deemed as product defects or grounds for defective return claims.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. PRICING AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, Luxe Timber Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and digital downloads, is the property of Luxe Timber Co. and protected by international copyright laws. Unlawful copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory applicable consumer laws in the buyer’s residence.
